Happy Birthday! Technically, today is my actual birthday. I have always experienced creative joy and energy when it came to style and beauty. I love being able to express my mood with an unexpected color, a whimsical detail, and a little color on the lips.
With that said, it only seems appropriate that this blog—the culmination of much planning, anxiety, and excitement—would debut on my birthday. Here I am in my birthday best during one of my favorite times of the year when the almond trees blossom, signifying the arrival of spring. My oh my, the symbolism is not wasted on me.
